Are all your products natural?

Yes! The natural ingredients we use to create our goodies are in either their raw, refined or cold process form. This includes natural oils, dried herbs and flowers, butters, sea salt, even volcanic black sand! 

Where the products are made?

All products are created in Montreal, Canada in our studio. 

Do you test on animals?

No! All of our products are tested on humans only. We love animals, and it is very important for us to stay cruelty-free.   

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products are natural and we do not use any unnatural preservatives at all, our products do have a shelf life, typically 9 months to one year. Make sure you keep your products in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and at room temperature or below. 

I've just placed my order, when will I get it?

After an order is placed, please allow up to one week for your order to ship. Our goodies are fresh handmade and orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Our process also includes creating, bottling and labeling.

Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. 

For Canadian & U.S. Orders: After shipping, please allow another week for your order to arrive. For International Orders: Please allow up to two weeks (Europe) or three (rest of the world) after shipping. Occasionally, there may be hold-ups at customs resulting in longer shipping times. Please know this is out of our control. Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you use any animal ingredients?

All our products are vegetarian friendly and most vegan friendly. We use honey in our Smoothing Body Scrub Noah, and honey and beeswaxin our Body Balm Emma.  

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, all of our products are gluten free, and do not come in any contact with gluten during production.

Do your products contain any nut oils?

Yes, our Smoothing body Scrub Noah contains Macadamia Nut Oil and our Smoothing Body Oil Zoé contains Macadamia Nut Oil and Sesame Oil. These types of nut oil typically do not irritate people with nut allergies, but we recommend consulting your doctor first if you have a nut allergy.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
